A recital and recognition awards event featuring our top student performers and winners from events during the year. The Board and program chairs will also be recognized.

Participants: Senior Scholarship Winner(s) and teacher studio selected winners (or those with Superior ratings) of all events
- Fall Contest
- Ensemble Auditions
- Piano Auditions
- Concerto Competition Participants
- Honors Auditions
- Contemporary Music Auditions
- MDP High Honors
- Sonatina/Sonata Festival
- Spring Festival
Represented Studios: All studios with students who have participated in CAPMT District 1 or during the State Events year 2020-2021.
AWARDS
A Monetary Scholarship will be given the day of the event.
ENTRY FEES
No fees involved in this concert but we do appreciate donations (which are tax deductible) from the Studios and families which help to support the awards. Your donations are gratefully accepted and help to support the continuation of this event.
REGISTRATION
Each studio please select 2 soloist performers (maximum) or 2 ensembles or mixed entries (one ensemble and one solo).
Please submit each performer’s picture and a short bio for the program via email.
Make it short as possible, including
- Performer’s Name & School,
- which event(s) they won,
- other accomplishments,
- hobbies,
- who they currently study with,
- and in the case of seniors – their plans after graduating.
Example:
Suzie Smith is attending 7th grade at Valley Junior High School in Carlsbad. She was a Gold Medal recipient in the Sonata Festival this year. Suzie received High Honors for her school academics. Her hobbies are swimming and hiking. Suzie currently studies with Mr. Awesome Dude.
